Catkins Toddler Group

‘Catkins’  is our popular Toddler Group which takes place on a Thursday morning between 10.00-11.30 am during term time.  It is for little children between 0 and 2 years of age plus their parents, grandparents and carers. It is held in the Nursery building.

It costs £2.00 per family (up to 2 children plus adult) and includes a healthy snack for children and refreshments for adults. Art activities and music/singing sessions form part of the morning and the toddlers enjoy exploring the toys and getting familiar with the different areas on offer. The adults enjoy sharing experiences and a general chat when not occupied with their charges.

Two members of staff run the session and it has proved to be a useful way of introducing children to the setting before they start Nursery.

It is an excellent introduction for little ones to Nursery life, and a chance for parents/carers to chat and share experiences.

If you are interested in attending, please contact the school Office.

We aim to help children develop a high sense of their own worth, with the qualities of resilience, responsibility, resourcefulness and reflection.
About Us
Children may have free taster sessions in the Nursery, or taster days in the School, to make sure that they are going to be happy here.
