Nursery
We are registered with Ofsted to deliver
the Foundation Stage curriculum and therefore can claim the
Early Years Education Free Entitlement from ESCC. This
entitlement will pay towards a maximum of 5 x 2 ½ hour
sessions a week for a maximum of 11 weeks per term.
You can claim your entitlement as a morning or afternoon
session or a full day. However our session represents
3 hours and we offer extra activities such as Sports Days,
parties etc.
Sessions are 9am to 12 noon and
12.30pm to 3.30pm

Notes
- 1.
The Deposit will be refunded with the final invoice
after the child has left minus the last term’s
disbursements. Deposits must be paid and the
application form must be signed, thus agreeing to the
Terms and Conditions, before the child starts at the
School. The deposit for ex-Nursery children is
payable when the child goes into the Reception Year.
- 2.
Fees are due on the first day of each
school term and late payment will result in a late
payment charge of 2% per month. Fees may be
electronically paid into the school account. Sort Code

- 3.
Fees may be paid by monthly
instalment, for a small fee, using Holmwoods Term Time
Collections part of HSBC. Details are available from the
office. No other method of staged payment is
possible.
- 4.
Fees include tuition, exercise books
and paper, textbooks, materials for science and art,
swimming lessons, lunch (except for Nursery), morning
break.
- 5.
All fees are non-refundable.

The following are in addition to the
basic fee: - Trips and excursions -
Individual musical instrument/singing lessons
- Clubs
which involve the hire of an outside tutor.

Extra Tuition can be arranged for a separate fee.

8. The school reserves the right
to disclose any unpaid financial obligation on transfer
of a pupil to another school.
