Terms & Conditions
- Deposits must be paid
and the application form must be signed, thus agreeing to
the Terms and Conditions before the child starts at the
School. The deposit for ex-Nursery children is payable
when the child goes into the Reception Year.
The Deposit will be
repaid, by request, only at the end of the final term of
Year 6 after deductions for unpaid Extras, fees, interest
etc have been made. Deposits are forfeited if the child
leaves before the end of Year 6.
- Fees are payable in
advance and are due on the first day of each school term.
Late payment will result in an interest charge of 2% per
month accruing. The
interest charge is without prejudice to the School’s right
to withdraw a place from a pupil whose fees are not paid
before the first day of term.
Fees may be electronically
paid into the school account.

at this time.
- Fees include tuition,
exercise books and paper, textbooks, materials for science
and art, swimming lessons, lunch & morning break snack.
- All fees are
non-refundable, including time taken for holidays and club
sessions not attended.
- The following are in
addition to the basic fee and are due for payment on
invoice or prior to the event :

refunds for absence from school including holidays taken
during term time. Parents are advised to consider
appropriate insurance to cover long periods of absence.
- A minibus service
covering the local area is available for a fee in the
mornings and afternoons. In order to run an efficient
service to schedule parents/guardians must ensure that
their children are ready on time and that there is

the right to charge an extra fee for persistent delay.

accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any
