We are registered with
Ofsted to deliver the Foundation Stage curriculum and
therefore can claim the Early Years Education Free
Entitlement (EYEE) from ESCC. This entitlement will pay towards
a maximum of 5 x 2 ½ hour sessions a week for a maximum
of 38 weeks in the academic year as below. Our sessions
are 3 hours, therefore you will be paying the balance on
each funded session, which after your free entitlement,
works out at £4.42 per session. We offer extra activities
such as Sports Days, Parties etc. represents 3 hours and we offer
extra activities such as Sports Days, parties etc.

You can claim your entitlement as a morning or
afternoon session or a full day.
Sessions are 9am to 12 noon and
12.30pm to 3.30pm

Nursery
Terms & Conditions

Deposits must be paid
and the application form must be signed, thus
agreeing to the Terms and Conditions before the
child starts at the Nursery. The Deposit will be
repaid, by request, only at the end of the final
term of Sycamores after deductions for unpaid
Extras, fees, interest etc have been made. Deposits
are forfeited if the child leaves before the end of
the final term of Sycamores.

Fees are payable in
advance by 3 instalments; the first is due by the
first day of each term, the 2nd and 3rd
being approx 4 & 8 weeks later (this will be
indicated on the initial invoice for that Term).
Late payment will result in the full Terms fees
becoming immediately payable in full and in an
interest charge of 2% per month accruing.
The interest charge is without prejudice to the
Nursery’s right to withdraw a place from a child
whose fees are not paid as per the above

non-refundable, including time taken for holidays.

The following are in
addition to the basic fee and are due for payment on
invoice or prior to the event :

- Minibus
- Annual Voluntary Fee (£9 Sept 08) to support Charters Ancaster
Friends (CAF) The school reserves the right
to cancel or postpone Holiday Period Sessions or
events if sufficient numbers are not pre-booked.

The school reserves
the right to disclose any unpaid financial
obligation on transfer of a pupil to another Nursery
or school.

A Terms written
Notice is required for all cancellations/reduction
of the number
of sessions required. Consideration will always be
given to requests to increase sessions, but is
subject to availability at the time.

We are unable to make
refunds for absence from the Nursery including
holidays taken during term time.
Parents are advised to consider appropriate
insurance to cover long periods of absence.

A minibus service
covering the local area is available for a fee in
the morning and late afternoon.
In order to run an efficient service to
schedule parents/guardians must ensure that their
children are ready on time and that
there is someone available when they return.
The Nursery reserves the right to charge an
extra fee for persistent delay.

The Nursery does not accept responsibility for the
loss or damage of any personal effects brought to
the School.

Fees and Terms & Conditions are usually set on an
annual basis prior to the start of the school year.
The school reserves the right to alter Fees and
Terms & Conditions as necessary without notice.
